InCube4CoVEs
InCube4CoVEs is an initiative funded under the Erasmus+ Forward-Looking call. The project aims to foster an enabling, inclusive, and scalable support environment for vocational excellence in Europe by institutionalizing a transnational incubation model that supports onboarding, transformation, and maturity progression of CoVEs, enhances policy coherence, embeds sectoral pathways (e.g. tourism), and promotes systemic innovation and diffusion across EU and regional VET ecosystems.
Objectives
So1: Design, pilot and implement a structured onboarding and transformation pathway for emerging CoVEs through the Incube4CoVEs Incubation Hub
So2: Map, connect and align existing excellence ecosystems across EU, national and regional levels, enabling shared, multi-level governance and ecosystem coordination
So3: Develop and implement transformation, acceleration and capacity-building services to enable CoVEs to evolve and mature
So4: Integrate sector-specific excellence pathways in tourism through tailored transformation services and regional CoVE ecosystems
So5: Establish and operationalise a sustainable, scalable support structure for CoVEs by establishing the Incube4CoVEs Incubation Hub at EVBB
So6: Activate and mainstream the use of EU-level tools and frameworks by integrating them into support services and capacity building
So7: Promote innovation diffusion and systemic mainstreaming beyond Erasmus+ by involving external stakeholders, authorities, and nonproject actors
Expected Results
The project has developed a set of results to support innovation, collaboration, and long-term impact. A Compendium of Best Practices gathers successful approaches and practical examples from across the sector. The Ecosystem Incubation System and Services provide tools and support mechanisms for cooperation and growth. Through dedicated Capacity Building Schemes, stakeholders strengthen their knowledge and skills. The Incubation Hub creates opportunities for networking, mentoring, and development, while the Sustainability Scheme ensures the continuity, scalability, and long-term use of project results beyond the project lifetime.
