Objectives of the project

• To create knowledge centres in the field of Green Hydrogen Technologies covering training, research, knowledge transfer, and awareness-raising.
• To set up new VET infrastructure in sustainable Hydrogen technologies, aimed at developing generation ecosystems based on clean energies.
• To perform labour gap and skills shortage analysis in the green hydrogen sector and provide relative recommendations and roadmap for education and training of the future workforce.
• To create a governance structure, stakeholders’ network, and operational framework of CoVEs.
• To develop a network of CoVEs and implement sustainable business models and external investment plans of CoVEs, able to ensure its long-term sustainability.
• To foster VET internationalization aimed at fostering VET/business/R&D international collaboration and transnational mobility of VET.

Expected Results

• Network of CoVE around Europe working together for VET advancement in the field of Green Hydrogen.
• Sectoral skills roadmap and hydrogen professional profiles database.
• Joint transnational training and development programme structure, covering EQF3- 5, EQF6-8 and professional training and lifelong learning.
• Certification scheme report & guidelines for micro-credentials.
• Set up of transnational expert group advising training requirements and advancements for the sector.
• Creation of an online training platform.
• Set up of Green hydrogen knowledge hub & matchmaking platform for mobilities.
