Empowering the Future: Microcredentials Pave the Way for Digital and Green Transition of the Postal sector

In a dynamic world where the intersection of learning and work defines our pathways to success, the recent Microcredentials Empowering Skills Pathways event illuminated a promising horizon.

The EVBB had the opportunity to partake in the event & showcase the activities of the DigiGreeNpost project.

Represented by Sotiria Tsalamani and Antonio Gennarelli, EVBB presented the essence of the DigiGreeNPost Project, underscoring the pivotal role of microcredentials in facilitating the digital and green transition of post operators worldwide.

In an era where continuous learning is the cornerstone of professional evolution, microcredentials emerge as a lighthouse supporting individuals through upskilling, reskilling, and growth and in general. Microcredentials do represent a paradigm shift, offering bite-sized learning opportunities that cater to the demands of a rapidly evolving landscape.

In the context of DigiGreenPost project, the EVBB project managers presented the updated curricula for digital & green competencies in the postal sector field, giving space to the remarkable results achieved by the thorough research phase in Greece, Romania and Ireland.

The event served as a point for professionals across industries — thought leaders, educators, employers, and policymakers —  to connect and foster dialogue on the multifaceted applications of microcredentials. Amidst interactive discussions and insightful narratives, attendees discovered the transformative potential embedded within these flexible and small credentials.

EVBB’s mission is considerably in line with the event’s objectives — to attain tangible success stories, catalyze collaborative projects, and lay the foundation for a future where learning transcends even more limits than as of now.

Our gratitude is also extended to Stefano Tirati for the kind invitation, underscoring the spirit of partnership and mutual trust.
