PacTS4ALL – Pact for Tourism Skills Forward Alliance

Project Objectives

The objectives of the project are the following:

• Enlarge the audience and outreach of the Pact for Skills for Tourism.
• Provide a coordinating body that includes the Pact for Skills for Tourism Management Committee as well as the most relevant project initiatives that are currently funded in the field of skills and hospitality.
• Creation and mainstream of a common approach for development and governance of Regional Skills Partnership.
• Ensuring a common identity and entry point for all actors and organisations interested in working in tourism and skills development across Europe.

Expected Results

• Organization of coordination meetings and mechanism for project-based initiatives and other activities of the Pact for Skills for Tourism
• Creation of a practical methodology describing a step-by-step approach on the set up, growth and development of Regional Skills Partnership in Europe for tourism upskilling and reskilling.
• Promotion of PfST in international conferences and events related to tourism.
• Creation of common brand identity and communication materials.
• Pilot the Regional Skills Partnership methodology in Spain.
