VETn’GO
VETn’Go is a 12-month project, under the Civil Society Cooperation: Education and Training Call.
The project is in direct line with the European interest, improving vocational education and training in Europe and beyond to increase efforts to promote VET as a first choice. The project’s core is to
enhance coordination among educational institutes, create synergies among the EU policies on socio-economic policies and green transitions, and boost dissemination and future-oriented reforms in the field of education and training.
Objectives of the project
The objectives of the project are to:
- increase capacity building and engagement of less experienced VET institutions in the implementation of EU Policies and Priorities on Education and Training
- diffuse the vision of the European Education Area across multiple educational providers through the fostering of cooperation and communication loops among transnational and geographically diverse VET institutions
- raise awareness among VET learners about the EU Semester framework
- maximize the impact and outreach of the project to enhance the image of VET and promote the new strategic framework for European cooperation in education
Expected Results
In this context, the following results are expected after the end of the VETn’Go:
- 5 Peer Study Visits and 1 Activity Capitalization Handbook
- 1 week EU Policy Camp and 1 Activity Capitalization Handbook
- 3 rounds of the Debate Competition on EEA and 1 Activity Capitalization Handbook and
- 1 international conference.
Project Activities
- Capacity Building between Experienced and less experienced Members of EVBB
- The organisation of an “EU Policy Camp” for the involvement of VET stakeholders (including members of EVBB) in EU priorities implementation and Hosting of a Conference on the Future of Europe
- Implementation of an Awareness-Raising “EU Semester Debate Competition” for (VET) learners of EVBB members
- Outreach and Dissemination Activities
