CultiVETing has been developed in order bridge the gap between the VET sector and the labour market needs in the AgriFood sector by training VET Providers, in order to develop curricula that respond to the labour market on one hand, while promoting self-entrepreneurship and sustainability on the other. It will create a network of national stakeholders that will integrate and promote VET Institutions as drivers of socioeconomic change in the AgriFood sector in the Western Balkans, specifically Albania and Kosovo. The general objective of CultiVETing project is to train the VET staff and trainers, concerning the design of curricula design, with ultimate goals to meet the labor market needs as well as learners’ needs, match the essential skills and jobs, adapt to fast-changing workplace requirements and foster learners’ self entrepreneurship skills in the Agricultural sector. Furthermore, it aims to create a network of national stakeholders that will integrate and promote VET Institutions as drivers of socioeconomic change in the AgriFood sector in Albania and Kosovo.
The objectives of the project are the following:
Assessment of European VET Teacher’s Transversal Skills
Enhancing VET attractiveness by aligning teachers’ skills with today’s imperatives in the field of VET Education
Empower VET educators targeted continuous professional development with tools and resources
