ALLIANCE
ALLIANCE project aims to the creation of Offices for Projects and International Cooperation in beneficiary VET schools in Kosovo and Albania. This will allow us to utilize at a full scale the tools and training material for mobility managers that have been developed under the framework of previous pilot projects, where partners of our project have been involved.
Objectives of the project
The ALLIANCE project contributes to the call’s objectives as following:
• Building Capacity of VET Providers for Stakeholder Cooperation: The project seeks to establish Offices for Project Management and International Cooperation in VET schools
• Improving Quality and Responsiveness of VET: The project’s focus on enhancing the alignment of VET curricula with European and international standards and providing upskilling training for VET staff in project management, R&D, and international networking directly contributes to improving the quality and responsiveness of VET education.
• Alignment VET Provision with Development Strategies: The proposal contributes national development strategies of the beneficiary countries. For instance, it supports Kosovo’s Strategy of Education 2022 20269 and more specifically the specific objectives 3.3. & 3.5 that foresee actions to increase the internationalization of VET institutions and programs.
Expected Results
- MOOC Platform: The training course will be embedded in EVBB’s online training platform (e learning.evbb.eu) and will be more probably maintained beyond the 5-year-period. A link to ALLIANCE Training Course within EVBB’s platform will be provided in E+ Results Platform.
- Guidebook for Set-Up and Operation of the International Offices: This guidebook can be mainstreamed through the advocation of its adoption by VET schools planning to establish their own International Offices. Additionally, it could be used as a standard by national VET coordinating bodies when setting up international cooperation frameworks within the VET system
- Comprehensive Methodology for Project Management, R&D, and International Networking & Cooperation: To mainstream this methodology, it can be incorporated into the curriculum of VET teacher training programs and management training sessions for VET school administrators.
