
Khmelnytsky Higher Vocational School №25 is a member of the ETF Network for Excellence (ENE).
The institution has implemented a number of innovative projects and initiatives to strengthen vocational education and training, enhance practical skills, and support sustainable development.
Among its key initiatives, GreenVET – Strengthening the Capacity of Vocational Education and Training through Environmental Learning and Digital Tools (Erasmus+, 2026–2028) focused on integrating environmental education and digital tools into vocational education and training.
Piloting of the International Self-Assessment Tool for Centres of Vocational Excellence (ISATCOVE) within the Internationalising Vocational Excellence initiative (2024–2025) resulted in the awarding of the Certificate of Commitment to Professional Excellence.
The InConnect 2: Strengthening VET–Business Partnerships project (Skills4Recovery / GIZ, 2025–2026) aimed to enhance collaboration between the institution and local businesses.
The school successfully implemented Solar Energy as a Component of the Educational Process (2023–2024) in partnership with the NGO Khmelnytskyi Energy Cluster and with the support of the European Union, including the installation of an educational solar power plant and the integration of renewable energy topics into training programmes.
Under the scientific guidance of the Institute of Vocational Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, the institution conducted the national research project “Formation of Career Competence of Future VET Specialists” (2017–2019), resulting in the development of educational and methodological complexes, manuals, and the establishment of a Career Guidance and Professional Development Centre.
