About Fondazione Golinelli

Fondazione Golinelli is a private operating foundation. One of its strategic goals is to provide young people—especially students—with the tools to grow responsibly and socially, fostering ethical behavior for a more cohesive society. Fondazione Golinelli is organized into distinct areas: Art and Science, School, Enterprise, Research and Higher Education. It is based at Opificio Golinelli in Bologna, one of Europe’s largest experimental facilities for science education and laboratory teaching, spanning 14,000 sqm. It operates through G-Lab, a Social enterprise. Since 2022, it also manages a STEAM-oriented lower secondary school accredited by the Italian Ministry of Education.
