EVBB had the privilege of receiving an invitation from the French Ministry of Education to participate in its esteemed National Training Program (PNF) event, a gathering of all the Métiers and Qualifications Campuses across France. Held at the Marcel Cachin High School in Saint Ouen, near Paris, the event revolved around the theme of “Training for operational directors of trade and skills campuses,” and was organized by various French public institutions. The objective was to cultivate the capability to lead ambitious structuring projects for France and position the practices of French campuses within the broader European context.
During the event, attendees engaged in several panel discussions on topics such as national and regional cooperation and collaboration, alongside the sharing of success stories and best practices. The afternoon sessions were dedicated to Vocational Training Centers of Excellence, featuring insights from experts, including representatives from Erasmus+.
Towards the culmination of the event, EVBB played a pivotal role by facilitating a workshop that not only showcased European projects but also encouraged campuses unfamiliar with European initiatives to embark on creating their own Project Identification Codes (PIC). This initiative aims to assist these campuses in seamlessly integrating into the European project landscape, underscoring EVBB’s dedication to fostering international educational partnerships.
This illuminating day centered on the pursuit of excellence underscores the significance of collaboration within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) field, highlighting the pivotal role played by initiatives like the PNF in fostering greater cooperation and innovation in vocational education.
