Since its founding, ABK – Akademie für Beruf und Karriere GmbH has stood for modern, practice-oriented continuing education with social commitment and economic relevance. Under the leadership of Sven Andresen (Managing Director) and Urs-Johann Theißen (Authorized Officer), ABK is part of the CampusKontor Group with years of experience in qualification and vocational integration.

ABK combines the best of two worlds: the agility of a start-up and the know-how of a mature educational institution. With around 40 dedicated employees, we accompany approximately 250 participants daily on their path to a new professional future. More than 65% of them are women, many of whom are (single) parents – because equal opportunity and participation are central to our work.
