By integrating the Knowledge Triangle, it boosts the skills and innovation of maritime professionals to ensure global competitiveness. The initiative operates through four strategic pillars: advancing VET through XR and simulation technologies, empowering employers with remote training solutions, fostering entrepreneurship, and creating a joint educational framework among maritime academies.
