On the 6th of March, 2024, EVBB had the honour of participating in a meeting hosted at EUPIC’s Brussels office, graciously extended by our esteemed Chinese member, EUPIC. The gathering brought together representatives from the European Association of Institutes for Vocational Training (EVBB) and a delegation from Wenjiang District, Chengdu, China.
The Delegation was lead by Mr. Liehong MA, Secretary of CPC Chengdu Wenjiang District Committee. The Wenjiang District group also included Mrs. Li Wang, Director of the Investment Promotion Bureau, Mr. Bo Zhang, Director of the Health Bureau, Mr. Jin Zhang, Director of the State-owned Assets Supervision Bureau, Mr. Ping Tian, Director of the National Agricultural Science and Technology Park, and Mr. Xiaobin Xu, Secretary of the Liucheng Sub-District Working Committee.
The host, Mr. Marco Gasparroni, Head of the Brussels Office of EUPIC, extended invitations to European representatives, including Mrs. Livia Marcantonio, Senior Project Manager at EBN, the European Business and Innovation Network, Mrs. Yifei Yang, Business Development Manager APAC at INCIZE Semiconductors, and Mrs. Diana Nitu and Mr. Samir Cheriaa, EU Project Managers of EVBB.
Both sides expressed their keen interest in fostering bilateral business communication, cooperation, mutual development, and knowledge exchange. EVBB took the opportunity to discuss potential areas of collaboration, particularly in the field of Vocational Education and Training.
