On Thursday, 29th of June, our Project Manager, Antonio Gennarelli, actively participated in an international workshop hosted in Brussels by Technopolis Group as part of the Horizon 2020 project PILLARS – Pathways to Inclusive Labour Markets. The workshop brought together experts from civil society to discuss the impact of new technologies and demographic trends on current and future labor market dynamics.
Emerging from the discussion was the recognition of Vocational Education and Training’s crucial role in providing the necessary competencies for the workforce to be both flexible and specialized, addressing the challenges of the future. The workshop provided an excellent opportunity for us to connect with like-minded organizations active in the field of social responsibility, labor market research, and technology-led sustainable growth.
