About Aproximar Cooperativa de Solidariedade Social, CRL

Aproximar (APX) is an NGO that acts as a social innovation hub with the aim of improving the human and social capital of people, communities, and organizations.
The mission is accomplished on a daily basis through the co-conception and development of social innovation projects, in addition to providing its own package of capacity building and services: training, consulting and social intervention.
The projects it develops, implements, and provides services in 4 main sectors:

1) Education and Community Empowerment;

2) Economy, Employability and Entrepreneurship;

3) Criminal Justice System and

4) Active Ageing and Care for Dependents.
