Objectives of the project

• Need: To transfer vocational education to the digital space so that it is available even in circumstances where it is not possible to complete full-time education and create appropriate tools and methods to enable teachers to cope with the problems involved. Education needs to be offered in a virtual space through the user’s easily accessible application.
• The aim of the project is to improve digital education at secondary vocational schools. Digital content will focus on practical technical education. The second goal of the project is to develop a methodology for teaching teachers to provide digital education in closed school time. The specific goal of the project is to create a user-friendly methodology for providing quality digital education while ensuring the inclusiveness of education.
• The target groups will be teachers and the IOC of technical vocational schools who, due to the current difficult situation, are unable to teach in person and need to acquire new skills or expand their possibilities for teaching in a virtual space.

Expected Results

• 1. THREE DIGITAL COURSES IN THE FIELD OF TECHNICAL VOCATIONAL TRAINING

  The relevance of the course content will be recognized by the corresponding industry partners and the finalized courses will be provided free of charge to industry partners.

  • – e-Learning course Basics of CNC Turning (O1)
  • – e-Learning course Basics of CNC Milling (O2)
  • – e-Learning course Fundamentals of Automation in Mechanical Engineering (O3)

• 2. METHODOLOGY AND PROCEDURES FOR TEACHING THROUGH DIGITAL INSTRUMENTS AND VIRTUAL PLATFORMS (O4)

  Development of a document that will provide teachers and teachers with methods for successful mastering of digital teaching on the example of IO 1-3.

• 3. MODULAR DIGITAL SKILLS TRAINING MATERIAL FOR TEACHERS (O5)

  Training material to obtain, resp. expanding skills and competencies for digital education.

• 4. GUIDE TO THE USE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES FOR TEACHERS IN VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS (O6)

  A handbook that provides teachers with the most important information and context needed for digital learning that a teacher should master for successful teaching through digital technologies.

• 5. PILOT TRAINING

  12 experienced teachers will be trained in digital skills. Subsequently, another 12 will be trained in the Pilot Training in each of the partner countries.

• 6. PILOT TESTING

  Developed Intellectual Outputs O1-O6 will be tested in practice in schools and educational institutions and will be optimized as needed.

• 7. DISSEMINATION

  The results and outputs of the project will be disseminated in accordance
