On the 2nd of June 2025, as part of the official opening of the EVBB VET House in Brussels, EVBB proudly hosted a major stakeholder roundtable for the Design Together project. Originally planned as two separate roundtables, this dynamic session brought together more than 30 participants from diverse institutions, organisations, and EVBB member networks for a rich and engaging exchange.
The roundtable offered a unique opportunity to present and discuss the initial results of Design Together and to focus on the effectiveness and usefulness of the CREATEVET methodology for the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. The discussion centered on gathering constructive feedback, exploring how stakeholders can benefit from the project’s outcomes, and charting practical steps for institutional changes to curriculum design processes across Europe.
Participants shared valuable insights on how the CREATEVET approach can contribute to improving quality and responsiveness in VET, ensuring stronger alignment with labour market needs, and promoting more inclusive and innovative learning pathways. The collaborative dialogue highlighted the importance of continuous engagement with key stakeholders to keep the project’s outcomes relevant and impactful.
This lively exchange underscored EVBB’s commitment to fostering partnerships and building bridges within the European VET community. It also demonstrated how our new VET House will serve as a living hub for ideas, dialogue, and transformative actions to strengthen VET systems across Europe.
We extend our sincere thanks to all participants who made this roundtable a success and look forward to further collaborative actions that will help translate the Design Together project’s vision into sustainable change for learners, providers, and communities alike.
