In our recent Eldicare 2.0 project meeting, we took a significant step forward in our mission to redefine skills in the post-COVID European Silver Economy. The virtual gathering allowed our partners to recap discussions and outline the next steps in this ambitious initiative.
Eldicare 2.0, generously funded by the European Commission, brings together a coalition of 17 organizations spanning 10 European countries. All partners share a common goal: to enhance the Long-Term Care profession, a crucial aspect of our societies.
Through robust collaboration, we are crafting a blueprint that not only builds on the success of Eldicare 1.0 but also pioneers an updated perspective on the skill requirements necessary in the evolving landscape of Long-Term Care.
As we embark on this 4-year journey, our primary objective is clear: to train and empower over 500 professionals in the sector. By doing so, we aim to contribute significantly to the improved quality and employability within the Long-Term Care field.
We invite you to stay tuned for further updates as we continue to make progress in reshaping the future of Long-Term Care through the Eldicare 2.0 initiative.
