About Vocational Training Center USLIP
The USLIP Professional Training Center was created with the aim of identifying the professional needs of USLIP Iași union members, social partner, and umbrella organization, with 8,800 employees in pre-university and VET education in the 224 schools in Iași county.
Our mission is to connect stakeholders to create a quality educational environment. Our vision focuses on a society in which equal opportunities are promoted. The core values relate to promoting the rights and status of teachers, but also to ensuring quality education for all.
The USLIP Training Center aims to strengthen new approaches in the educational field through training programs and project.

- Training programs in the Training Center’s portfolio:
-The role of leadership in the management of the organization
– Management of quality assurance in education
-Social dialogue, negotiation, and communication - Projects with European funding:
-Erasmus+ Skills 4future project, in partnership with the Pays de la Loire Chamber of Trades and Crafts, France
– InclusEU, a project in the CERV program in partnership with RAFELBUNYOL, Valencia, Spain.
– ONGteca project, within the Active Citizens Fund program, EEA Grants. 3. Partnerships with various actors interested in shaping a quality educational environment (IT companies, foundations, NGOs, media, local and central authorities, unions, and training centers).
