About Synthesis

SYNTHESIS is a pioneering organization that initiates and implements social impact projects, on social inclusion, entrepreneurship, migrant integration, and sustainability. It is the leading organization in Cyprus in the fields of social entrepreneurship and innovation. As an adult education provider and an accredited VET institution, we focus on developing training programmes that enhance personal and employment skills, particularly of those who experience or at risk of social exclusion including, refugees and asylum seekers, NEET youth, women, youth and adults with learning or emotional difficulties, people with disabilities, and people with fewer opportunities. SYNTHESIS has 20 years of experience in European cooperation. We work with European partners in developing and implementing projects of educational and social value in the field of VET and adult education aspiring to take part in actions that enhance social inclusion and contribute to a sustainable future.
