For more than 12 years, Studio Saperessere has been dedicated to training, communication and organisational consultancy services focused on enhancing the value of human resources in companies. Through a network of specialised consultants, we customise interventions to meet the client’s specific needs, considering context, utility and training requirements. Achievements
- GIFTED: : Saperessere is the leader of the Erasmus + project that aims to review and update the curriculum of HR professionals at European level, to develop a VET course that provides HR managers with knowledge and tools necessary to understand and address the needs of different age groups and to promote the diffusion of best practices related to age-management and the development of inclusive business strategies
- DIGITABLE: Saperessere is the leader of the Erasmus + project “DIGITABLE – DIGital Inclusive Trainers for AccessiBLE Education” which aims to develop inclusive digital solutions for distance learning for the visually impaired or hearing impaired.
- YANDA: Saperessere is the leader of the Erasmus + project that aims to provide young people with the right tools to combat youth unemployment, a problem that affects many developing and developed countries.
- Dal Digital Training al Digital Learning. Models and tools for the effectiveness of digital learning in corporate training courses: industrial doctoral project carried out in partnership with the Department of Education, Uni. degli Studi Roma Tre, which aims to support the research and implementation of models and innovations in the field of adult education.
- ORIENTAMENTE: project aimed to support young students in discovering their talents, learning style and the most useful skills for defining their career path
- MESTIERI IN PIAZZA: Project aimed at the circulation of cultural knowledge in the modern work environment, the development of a career orientation path, the promotion of the regional training offer in terms of accessibility and qualification of skills.
