About Soft Power
Soft Power is an organization co-founded by Rita Cuevas and Federico Bursky in 2018 aimed at building bridges with peer organizations and any other stakeholder sharing their ideals and mission to create content and disseminate the important issues of the international agenda based on high-quality standards as well as the interdisciplinary training for professional life through a volunteer programme. Soft Power never stopped growing over the years, always motivating peers and external advisers. The co-founders have proven to be great leaders and able to gather a wonderful and motivated team of volunteers and colleagues. Soft Power has been able to create powerful, creative interdisciplinary projects, both in addressing specific issues that demand most of the attention from the international community, as well as in advocating and engaging proactively with our fast-growing Soft Power young leaders’ community, colleagues, followers and friends. In addition, our several projects (webinars, lectures and training courses; communication through social media, podcasts and a substantive newsletter, among many others) are concrete evidence of our values and vision.
Our B2P business unit stands for empowerment through education. To achieve this goal, we rely on national and international collaboration and partnerships and implement EU-founded projects, that focus on innovation, skill development and the creation of cutting-edge educational resources. Adittionally, we provide complete training packages and job coaching to equip jobseekers with both technical and interpersonal skills, allowing them to re-establish their careers, in close collaboration with Germany’s employment agencies.
Our B2B business unit is dedicated to providing upskilling opportunities for IT staff across some of Germany’s most well-known enterprises, as well as delivering numerous cooperative and upskilling projects for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs).
In terms of digital proficiency, brainymotion can be a reliable and beneficial partner for providing IT training programs in various domains, including Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, and Data Science. Furthermore, our portfolio encompasses project management and entrepreneurship trainings, as well as job orientation and re-orientation consultations.
