About Rinova Malaga S.L.
Rinova Malaga SL is an applied research and professional education institute specialising in social innovation in VET, lifelong learning, employment, entrepreneurship, social action. Based at the national pole of digital content (Polo Digital) in Malaga since 2017, registered in 2A21*, an affiliated entity to Rinova – a registered VET institution founded in London (2010). lts Founder, Dr Richard Parkes is an EACEA expert since 2003 and active in VET since the 1980s. Rinova overall operates an extensive portfolio of contracts, projects and learning provision at the EU, UK, Spanish level. It is widely known for its work in the creative and cultural industries, both in terms of supporting professional education and VET in the sector, and in drawing upon cultural and artistic practices to foster social and educational inclusion.
Achievements
Recent highlights: The conceptualisation and facilitation of several leading Erasmus+ centralised actions in Microcredentials (‘STREAM’); Applied Research in VET (NEARVET), capacity building in VET (with Egypt) as well as collaborations concerning Guidance (Good eGuidance Stories), employment integration (Job Broker), EQAVET (QSE) and youth policy inclusion (EpDem Labs) amongst others. It is also active in Horizon, CERV, Creative Europe, lnterreg and in 2024 undertook personal missions to Ukraine to the Ukrainian Erasmus NA and the Ministry of Education with Folkuniversitetet and EVBB. NB Active in Leonardo and Erasmus+ KA2, Rinova has been awarded Erasmus+ KA2 best practice in 50% of its coordinated projects.
