Innoveta is a dynamic and fast-growing professional consulting company specializing in education and training, employment and social sectors. Our in-house professionals have extensive track records and network in vocational education sector Azerbaijan. The company is currently implementing policy reform projects as well as various vocational training initiatives funded by the government of Azerbaijan and international donors. With broad expert knowledge and experience comprising of national and international professionals for the implementation of projects in the field of education, employment, training and social inclusivity. The company in last consequent 3 years implements the Azerbaijani Government funded projects on curricula and textbook development, as well as manage dual-education project at public VET schools in Azerbaijan. In addition to this, we are currently implementing 2 important projects on vocational education sector of Azerbaijan funded by the UNDP and European Union.
Achievements
Innoveta’s successful track record in the field includes the development of vocational education curricula and teaching modules, as well as management of several projects related to work-based learning. In these projects, we are actively cooperating with the State Agency on Vocational Education (SAVE), UNDP, and the EU, as well as VET centers located in Azerbaijan. The successful tracks of Innoveta include: 1. Modernizing Vocational Education and Training (VET) in Azerbaijan Centers: This project, subcontracted by Baden-DEULA g Württemberg GmbH Germany and implemented in collaboration with UNDP Azerbaijan, aimed to provide work and services in the field of vocational education and training. The project focused on the implementation mechanisms and mapping of the PPP framework in Ganja and Jalilabad VET Centers. 2. Support to the Ministry of Education in further development of NQF Level 5 qualifications and strengthening the resilience of the education system in Azerbaijan: This ongoing project, implemented in consortium with EPRD Office for Economic Policy and Regional Development. It aims to further develop NQF Level 5 qualifications and enhance the resilience of the education system in Azerbaijan. 3. Translation and adaptation of international VET textbooks: Innoveta, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, is subcontracted to translate and adapt five vocational education and training textbooks. The goal is to ensure these textbooks align with the sectorial context and local education programs in Azerbaijan. 4. Consultancy services and support for the “Admission and training of students in the Dual vocational education program based on the apprenticeship concept”: Innoveta provides consultancy services for the admission and training of students in the Dual vocational education program. This program is based on the apprenticeship concept and aims to enhance vocational education in Azerbaijan. 5. Support to reform the system of rehabilitation of people with disabilities in Azerbaijan: Innoveta is involved in a project that assists the Ministry of Labour and Population in developing policies and a rehabilitation system for people with disabilities. The project is based on European Best Practices and aims to improve the social protection and inclusion of individuals with disabilities.
