About E.N.F.A.P. Italia

ENFAP ITALIA is a private non-profit association established on the initiative of the UIL – Unione Italiana del Lavoro – on 14 September 2018 to promote training, qualification, professional updating of workers and job orientation activities, taking into account the real needs of people, businesses and territories.

Accredited to the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies pursuant to Law 40/87, it coordinates at national level all the territorial training bodies that have purposes similar to those defined in its statute. The coordination of the ENFAP ITALIA network, conceived in a perspective of sharing objectives and methods with the various member bodies, carries out its operational activity also in carrying out political-institutional representation actions through the monitoring of training policies and the labor market, updating for the network structures on debates and tables institutions and with the provision of specific services such as technical assistance, dissemination of experiences and good practices, specific innovative projects, work meetings aimed at the managers of the structures on the coordination of work plans, the creation of networks to connect and collaborate with each other the various professions.
