CIAC: Your Partner in Training and Development CIAC is a Consortium company with over 50 years of experience in delivering top-tier training programs. We are dedicated to supporting the growth and development of the Canavese area, a vibrant region in Piedmont where our activities are based. Our shareholders include a diverse group of businesses, local municipalities, mountain communities, and industry associations, reflecting our strong connection to the region. We offer comprehensive training and employment services to students, families, businesses, and both public and private clients. Our Core Areas of Activity: -Vocational School: We provide a wide range of qualification and diploma courses for adolescents aged 14 to 24, including students with previous academic challenges. Our programs focus on key technical fields such as Mechanics/Mechatronics, IT, Wellness, and Hospitality, aligning with European Qualification Framework (EQF) levels 3 and 4. -Corporate Trainings: We collaborate closely with businesses to deliver refresher, qualification, and upskilling courses, designed to meet the evolving needs of their workforce. -Employment Services: We offer tailored pathways to help individuals integrate successfully into the workforce, providing support that’s personalized to their specific goals and circumstances. Inclusive Learning Opportunities At CIAC, we believe in accessible education for all. Our courses for unemployed individuals span across various sectors and are open to learners of working age. We also offer specialized programs for individuals with intellectual, physical, sensory, and psychiatric disabilities, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to develop their skills and potential. Collaborative Approach We partner with local, regional, national, and international organizations, including training agencies and both public and private stakeholders, to deliver innovative projects that drive forward our mission. At CIAC, we are passionate about designing tailored services that meet the specific needs of our clients. Achievements
We have joined the second ISAT COVE trial by ETF, and the evaluation team of CIAC has started the planned activities, which must be completed by December 2024 with CIAC obtaining the “Committed to Excellence Badge” label. We are also involved in the following projects: VET Discovery: Project n° 2024-1-IT01-KA122-VET-000214885– OID E10030279 – “VET Discovery” KA122-VET – Short-term projects for mobility of learners and staff in vocational education and training (KA122-VET).The project allows us to enhance the school environment in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction by: -directly or indirectly strengthening students’ soft skills; -developing language and communication skills for both students and teachers; -acquiring technical and relational skills within a European context by staff, and improving organizational activities through the adoption of best practices; -expanding the partner network. We expect proposals for adopting best practices, including ideas, knowledge, and procedures that staff and students will share as feedback after experiencing them firsthand or learning about them during mobility programs. We hope that this experience will engage the entire CIAC community and help foster a motivating environment that drives improvement and innovation. Lastly, we aim for the experiences gained to be instrumental in preparing for future Erasmus activities, with the primary goal of achieving VET accreditation.
