About BK Consult GmbH
BK Consult GmbH is a niche service provider, with vast over 20 years of experience in Project Management and service delivery. Now the paid staff consists of 10 highly qualified persons.
- Education, including the design and delivery of Training Curricula, using state of the art methodologies (TNA, DACUM, EU Competence Frameworks, EQAVET, EU Credit systems, Learning Agreements, Evaluation through the creation of feedback loops), and smart ICT and other tools (e-learning) through MOOC platforms, gamification, experiential education.
- Employment, either as facilitators through the support of start-ups and entrepreneurship, or through the effective upskilling/ reskilling of employees and unemployed, according to the actual market needs. Areas of services provided cover the design and implementation of market needs analysis, tracer studies, ALMPs and the introduction of WBL and apprenticeship schemes at a sectorial/ country level.
- Social Inclusion, targeting vulnerable groups, including single parent families, long-term unemployed, minority groups, TCNs and tackling of discrimination of any kind (gender based, sexual identity).
- Quality assurance, offering a deep knowledge and expertise in the design and delivery of QA Tools and Mechanisms:

- Project Management at Local, National and EU level, according to the PMP methodologies

Starting in 1993 under the name of “BK Consult” as a free-lancing initiative, transferred in 2019 into the BK Consult GbR (civil law society) nowadays organised as a Limited the BK Consult GmbH can look back of round about 20 years of expertise in transnational projects having participated in the design and implementation of a total project value that exceeds the budget of 4 billion Euros, operating in multicultural environments. Having managed more than 162 projects during the last 3 decades, stakeholders of BK Consult GmbH offer an extensive Project Management experience that has recently been PMP certified.
Within this context BK Consult GmbH has designed a standardized outcome and result-driven project management methodology that accompanies each project from the design phase to the implementation and the end of Project’s cycle with robust management structure, continuous monitoring activities and a delivery control mechanism.
It provides a wide bouquet of services, facilitating educational providers through the design and delivery of competence-based training curricula, with the intention to provide added value for organizations and partners at local, regional, national, and transnational level, for our societies, in a sustainable manner.
Achievements
In the field of Education BK Consult GmbH is going to facilitate the design of competence-based training curricula. To achieve high quality of results, training modules are going to be structured based on EQAVET for assuring the quality of the Learning Outcomes and the Material.

- DiSCVET – Development of the Digital Sovereignty Competences of VET teachers and trainers
- uRBFARM – Urban Farming and Entrepreneurship for Adults
- Carries out quality assurance processes in ERASMUS KA2 and KA3 projects, like par example UNIQUE, Astra, Ind4.0, etc.
- Provides a transnational system to help partners of the consortium to document, develop, monitor, evaluate and improve the effectiveness of their learning provision, which is adaptable to the different national systems
